Heat pipe radiator heat dissipation performance and advantages
The heat pipe heat sink is a highly efficient heat sink that has unique heat dissipation characteristics. That is, it has a high thermal conductivity, and the axial distribution of the temperature between the evaporation section and the cooling section is uniform and substantially equal.
The thermal resistance of the heat sink is determined by the thermal conductivity of the material and the effective area within the volume.
